I was happy with the service received from IPS. Communication from their office was excellent and everything happened according to our appointment time. Our technician (Mike) thorough with his initial investigation which led to finding additional plumbing issues. He clearly explained the best way to resolve the problems and completed the work for us. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.
