First - the estimate was thorough and Brett even showed me some features on neighbors' roofs that I could request. Trust was gained at that time and was reinforced all the way through the job via Superintendent Gilberto. Complete re-roof was completed on time, and the result was better than the original roof installed 24 years ago. Brett pointed out why I had certain leaks, which was due to lack of proper flashing around chimney and at a wall seam. The Overson Team installed up-to-date materials and there were no surprises. Clean-up each day was nice also.
