Not Satisfied and Over Charged
Service tech was 1 hr late with no call or text to say he was running late. I showed him the first thing I called about which was a valve on a toilet. He said it did not need the new valve it was condensation?? I said the pipe was leaking. And I had no condensation it the other bathrooms?? But he did not fix it. He went on to the other two problems. During that time he took at least 4 calls from other techs having problems. I feel this took him longer at my house which increased the time and cost I had to pay. I called Lisa to explain I didn't feel the bill was correct because he was taking calls while I was paying for his time. She said they were short of help and how hard it is to get help, etc. I don't feel this is my problem. I'm the customer. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
