Patriot Plumbing Services recently replaced a water heater for me that was being replaced by the manufacturer, my only responsibility was the labor. The workmanship was very good. They did a great job hooking it up, very professional. The original quote was for $600.00, but that was before Mark realized the hookups were not located in the same place on the new hot water heater as the old water heater, so more work was required. Mark was training a new guy and he must have been a very new employee, I could hear the training that took place every step of the way. They were here for about seven hours and I was charged $1500.00 for the labor. The charge seemed high due to the fact extra time was taken to train the new employee. I would not be able to recommend Patriot Plumbing Services because of the high labor cost.
