Recently I had a pipe blockage that flooded my laundry room and kitchen sink. i called Acorn immediately as we live near their offices in Boundary Bay. Matt and Kyle came armed with an auger. They were careful, polite and tenacious. the blockage persisted and over the course of 8 hours they brought in 3 more tools to tackle the blockage (likely an accumulation of food particulate and lint). Finally used a camera and their hydra jet to blast it out of there. relief! they had to take off the door of one cupboard, remove two drawers to get at the access valve and drill a hole. this was a stubborn one. i cannot thank them both for their tenacity to resolve this problem. i was hosting a brunch party two days later so grateful to have it done. whew! happy to recommend Acorn to any problem and all things considered their price was reasonable.
