My experience with Fireplace Warehouse ETC - Fort Collins went better than expected. We went in looking for a simple fireplace without anything fancy. He was very responsive to our needs and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want. We wanted cash and carry and he fine with that, bringing the fireplace right out and into my truck. The whole thing went very smoothly and the pricing was the best I had found. I would certainly go back to them again.
