I liked that I could go to the showroom to pick out the model rather than looking at a picture online That was very helpful. When we bought this house there were two massive fireplaces in it, each with two flues, and the previous owners hadn't used them at all because they were really inefficient. I decided to install gas inserts with fans to push the air into the room. After the installation, we had a problem with a noisy fan. I contacted Fireplace Warehouse ETC - Colorado Springs, and they came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the new fan, then came back and installed the new fan. It was all covered by the warranty, so it was really a non-issue. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
