My water heater failed two days before Christmas. When I called Marklein Plumbing, Craig overheard the receptionist's conversation and told her that if I didn't have any water, he'd go up right away and see what he could do for us. We live in a rural area and it is hard to get people to come out here. True to his word, Craig came right out, saw that it was the water heater, and by nine o'clock the next day he was here installing a new one. It was done in one day. On top of everything else, they did a fantastic job. Marklein Plumbing is now my plumber of choice. Great customer service and a wonderful overall experience.
