Marklein Plumbing did such a great job. The only thing that was not great was on the first service call they said it was an electrical issue and my landlady called out an electrician to test that and it turned out the electrical was fine. Marklein came back out and tested again and found that the hot water heater was no longer serviceable. Unfortunately, it was installed in 2018 by another company. They installed the new hot water heater and they were professional, punctual, and had good communication. They wore personal protective equipment via masks, gloves, and booties on their feet. This was important to me being a single mom living on my own. We had made an agreement that they would send a picture of the technicians arriving but I think that slipped through the communication somehow. I think that would have been a great addition to alleviate some of the anxiety of having a stranger in my home with my child.

When you compare Marklien with the prior plumber they were stellar with this installation and I want to thank them for wearing the PPE during this visit. Their communication with myself as a renter and the landlord was challenging but they did finally overcome that and got the water heater installed and I have had no issues with it at all.
