I am new to the area and this was my first time using Home Interiors Flooring: Appleton. I can't exactly recall the salesperson's name - Kyla or Kyra - but she was great. I was at the end of a project, and I was just frazzled beyond belief. I had already tried this, that, and the other thing, and this darling salesperson helped me pick out an accent tile that I really loved. She told me it should arrive in a week to ten days. Unfortunately, she was on vacation when I made the final decision to order the tile, and they ended up ordering the wrong tile, and it took a little over two weeks to arrive. I live a little ways out of town, and I was already home by the time I realized it was the wrong tile, and I ended up just using it.

All that being said, I'm planning on doing another project in my kitchen and utility room in the next year or so, and if their prices are still fair, I still plan to buy there. I will just be sure to check the tile before I leave the store, and I will expect a two to three week arrival time instead of a week or ten days.
