Northgate Shell does a good job. I have been there for 2 or 3 years, and they have been pretty good. They have changed my oil, rotated my tires, and done general maintenance. I recommend people to go there for smog checks, oil changes, and minor repairs. They have been doing pretty good with their quality. They do a quick job; I don't have to wait too long.
