This was my first time using Car Tech Auto Clinic of Waukegan. I had a collision in my Nissan. The manager is really good and did talk in detail with me about the extent of the repairs and the time frame it would take for those repairs. To keep the time frame down for me I was given the choice, by them, to accept aftermarket parts which I agreed to. So I had parts and painting done for the collision. The car turned out good, the repairs were good but I did notice after about a week or so that some areas "small stuff" where there were very minor dings or paint missing, which you do not notice because it is confined to the undercarriage. I'm not a picky person and to the average person this would not be noticeable but I noticed it. It's not a big deal and I didn't feel the need to take the car back. They are very communicative with me, letting me know every detail and included me in the decision making with respect to the repairs. They did have it finished in less time than they first anticipated. I look forward to seeing them again and I think they are very good people!
