I had a very disappointing experience with Car Tech Auto Clinic. I took my brand new truck in for multiple issues, and it just wasn't taken care of. It took them a long time to fix the vehicle and I had to take it back multiple times. They didn't fix everything right at one go. They'd rig things, cutting corners to do the job. It wasn't done with any care. For instance, there was a paint job needed on the door which they did. But it was all foggy and scratched up. I tried to get it fixed, getting it detailed in the right way. But it was just done badly from the very beginning and couldn't be salvaged. Then they left the inside dirty with like grease stains and things like that. I just wasn't really satisfied. They were polite and nice, but the work was not up to standard. It was so disappointing that I didn't even want the truck at the end. I sold it off.
