He has helped facilitate and orchestrate, working with my graphic designer, the complete redesign of my website back in 2008. I've worked with him on various other client projects since then as well. He has very high levels of honesty, integrity, and follow-through. If something is not working or didn't go as planned, Tom will be the first to say what needs to be fixed and if we need a plan b. He is a really upfront, nice guy, who is fun, easy going, and great to work with.
