My vehicle was backed into by a company contractor while parked at work. The damage was minimal but I decided to go through there insurance anyway to make sure things were done correctly. After I was given a claim number and damage estimate by the insurance company, I was left to decide on where to take it for repair. I called to inquire about the job and I could immediately tell after one phone call that this was the place. The wealth of knowledge and information provided to me was very helpful in dealing with the whole process, having been my first time involved with an accident.

Jason and his team took care of me every step of the way and went above and beyond with everything. They made sure I was provided with a rental car while mine was being repaired and totally cut out the hassle of picking up/dropping it off. The rental car was staged at the body shop for me when I dropped mine off and when my vehicle was ready i left it with them and they handled the return. Not only did they do that but they also went as far as making sure I had the same make and model car making the whole rental process as seamless as possible.

Throughout the repair process I received several update calls from Jason letting me know where they were and making sure I was on board with every thing they did before they did it, ensuring me that everything was being done correctly.

Jason and his team also handled all the back and forth with the insurance company regarding all the rental and repair processes.

When the work was completed and ready to pick up I could not help but notice how great my car had looked. Not only did they do an immaculate job repairing the damage from the accident, but they also went as far as detailing the entire car inside and out. Everything from washing, waxing, Armor- alling , shampooing the seats and vacuuming the floors. I was simply amazed at how new my car looked again I felt like I was in a new vehicle.

Overall I can not say enough about my experience with Mirror Image Automotive. Good work is hard to come by now a days and everyone wants to take advantage of you and treat you like a number. I am a stickler for quality and I could honestly not find one thing to complain about throughout the entire process.
