My hot water heater in my rental had a problem. I had already called several plumbers for estimates. When I finally got to Guardian Plumbers for an estimate they were able to bring up history of me using them in the past. After updating my information with them they were able to go out and access the hot water heater at no charge, "free estimate." This hot water heater is a power vent which is different and the other plumbers were not familiar with it and could not work on it and only offered to replace it for me and giving me quotes accordingly.

Guardian Plumbers technician was outstanding! He must be very knowledgeable because he was able to fix it quickly and gave me a 30 day warranty on the repair! I didn't have to spend a lot of money for the repair and I can tell you that I appreciate that so much! If I ever do have to replace this hot water heater in the future you can be assured that I will give them a call for a quote!
