I contacted Guardian Plumbers, late on a Thursday afternoon, and received a call back within the hour from Derek, who was on site. He explained all of my options and was able to start the repair at 8:00 AM, the next morning as he had quoted. The work was completed by noon that day. Even better Derek, discovered the repair was not as involved as first estimated and the price dropped by $1000!
