The Plumber, Lon, was so patient and very, very helpful to me. I asked numerous questions about the mechanics of my house and he was so patient and took the time for me to completely understand my water shut offs, and gas shut off, and operation of the internal works of the faucet. He informed me of things I was wondering about for 18 years, and I have had other service men out, but he really explained everything to me. I was so comfortable with him that I also scheduled another appointment for him to replace the water heater. I just can't praise the service enough, and the peace of mind I have knowing I have a very reputable plumber.
