Anchor Pest Control is a very good company. I do all the scheduling for Boulder Housing Partners' maintenance and pest control, and Anchor has always been very responsive. Anytime we call for any issues, they call back or come out right away. They deal with all of our residents problems, review their findings, and make recommendations for follow up and housekeeping improvements. They are very thorough and all of their staff is very friendly.

We have a service schedule with them 2 times a month, and we call them as needed on top of that. We usually have one service technician who services all of our accounts and he knows the residents' individual issues. He is really good with people. He is aware of our residents particular needs and he works with them.
