I had one of the Pure Life Water technicians come out and conduct a water analysis for myself and my husband. He was very polite and very knowledgeable, he even got our kids involved. During the testing, we could not believe what we were seeing in the water. Our kids even said, what is that, and why is the water so disgusting looking? The technician took his time and explained everything in detail, even explaining it so the kids understood. We purchased the whole home system and have had it in for 3 weeks now.
