Extremely Rude Service

I requested a service visit from Pure Life Water of Woodstock, GA in Feb of this year. The office never answers....only an answering service. I left a message with the answering service for a service call and after 2 days of waiting I called again. Later that day I got a call from the Pure Life Service Tech, Jeff, who was extremely arrogant in telling me which of my contact numbers (cell or home) was relevant. After that strange conversation, he agreed to have someone come out to inspect my Pure Life Water system. The next day, Jeff text to ask if he could come out today, Tuesday Feb 11th. I agreed and he came out. He came to the front door and rung the bell. I opened the door and there was no greeting. I asked him if he was Jeff and he replied that he was. I invited him in and told him that I would be right back after I went into my kitchen for an item. When I got back to where I left him, he had entered my dining room area and had turned on my water faucet in the Butler's Pantry area and had began testing my water. I looked at him with amazement thinking that he would apologize or say something about why he entered my dining room area without me asking him to. He said nothing and continued testing my water and said that everything tested perfect. I asked him if he would come with me so that I could show him what I wanted the company to look at which was a dirty in-line water filter that concerned me about the Pure Life Water System. He followed me downstairs where the Pure Life Water system was installed. I pointed out the dirty in-line water filter and asked why was it so dirty in that it was in-line after the installed Pure Life Water system. He ignored me completely until he finished checking the Pure Life Water system equipment only to tell me that it was OK and that he knew nothing about my in-line filter and suggested that I call the in-line water filter manufacturer. I also told him that my refrigerator filter was giving an alarm that it needed to be changed only after I had recently installed it since the Pure Life Water system was installed. Again, he just shrugged and told me to contact the refrigerator manufacturer. I have never had anyone in my house acting so obnoxious and strange. I asked him to leave. I don't know about the quality of this Pure Life System but I can tell you that I will never have their service technicians enter my house again. This guy needs to be fired! Homeowner
