The sales person is knowledgeable and friendly, thorough in his presentation but sketchy on financing information. The financing options bring the cost of the unit to almost $10K (with interest charges over years). The company finance person is rude and unhelpful; the company that buys the contracts is equally so. The service representative doesn't make appointments (it took 3 months for the follow-up after installation because he would call only if "in the area"). The bonuses they offer of free cleaning products means you mix them from concentrate and are of fair quality. The scents they offer smell like the car deodorizers. The bonuses of free groceries is yet another scam where you can only buy limited quantities and are charged service fees practically equaling the retail costs. I would have entered no stars, but the system would not accept that rating.

We appreciate your feedback. First off, thank you for stating the Promotional Rep who tested your water was “knowledgeable and friendly” and “thorough in his presentation”. Our goal is to be professional and ensure you are being taken care of - from water testing, to install, through service. And even though your review is voicing some issues, none of them are regarding the performance of the water filtration system that we installed or the quality of water it provides your household.

In regards to the follow up after the installation, the goal of our Performance Pledge is to return within 90 days. It sounds like we did stay in touch during this period, but initially, everyone had trouble coordinating. However, we did come back to your home within that window of time, and we performed a re-test, which showed your system was working with satisfactory results.

As far as the Financing team being “rude and unhelpful”, we’re sorry you felt that way. This is our 3rd party lender. They definitely strive for great customer service, but they are not Pure Life Water. Instead, they are a necessary requirement for small/medium sized companies such as ourselves, and they are also an important component for the end-customer too. They allow for folks, such as yourself, to be able to benefit from clean, filtered water for the whole home in an affordable and timely manner.

As far as the other items you address (finance details, promotional soaps, and promotional coupons), all the details of these programs are available up-front. They’re also provided in writing, and they’re reviewed several times during the sign-up and installation process. We engage in multiple steps with you during this up-front process just for these reasons, to ensure all information is provided, presented, and agreed to appropriately between all parties.

Overall, we stand by our product, and we are confident you will too. We are also here to be your ongoing partner for your water filtration system, so please reach out to us with any other questions or requests you have. Thank you very much.
