I notice my handheld steamer no longer has calcium residue like it did before we had the system installed. The hard water left a residue before - now it’s gone. I was supposed to use distilled water with it, but I never did. Now with the soft water, I don’t need distilled water. That is one way that I can tell the system is working. My wife’s skin feels better and is clearing up. The Rep was very considerate and accommodating with my tight schedule. Water is important to me because of my family.
