I have never had a bad experience with this company. The first time they came out, they only charged me for the service fee ($85) even though he worked on my AC for about 30-40 m and had to crawl under the house. The second time was more expensive, but was based on the price of a part. Both times I needed them, they came to the house quickly, even though they were given little notice. So long as they don't screw me over (like most AC companies usually do) I plan on using them.
