Effective Air was just here for my bi-annual maintenance where they come and inspect the air conditioner and they noticed that there was a component that was not working. They were able to swap it out right then and there, so my AC will be working this summer when I need it. I think the pricing is reasonable for what the service is. They're very friendly, honest, and well priced.
