I like the fact that with my first order, they gave me a complimentary bracelet. It's too small for me and I wasn't sure if the quality was the same as the ones I make so I didn't give it to anybody, but it was nice of them to give me a gift. I have another vendor that I use that has similar quality items, but their shipping is slow. The shipping I get from Crystal Findings Inc is fast and I like the quality of their products. They are a little bit expensive but the quality is worth it. I wish they had a financing thing for loyal customers like me.
