I have been doing business with Crystal Findings Inc for several years. It is so nice to call a company that remembers you when you call in and they are familiar with what you usually order. I purchase beads and wire from Crystal Findings, and they have a great selection. The last time I ordered I used the website; I was working on my order and thought I had lost the selections I made. I called, and they were able to pull everything up on their end. I always receive my orders in three days or less. Out of a possible five stars, I give them a TEN in all categories. I highly recommend them. They are so nice when I call, and they take very good care of me as their customer.
