I placed my order and received a confirmation via email. That was the LAST I heard anything about my order! I had placed an order for a specific amount of each item for a large custom order. I had assumed all items were available until I received notice of a refund and shortage in my order. If I had known all items ordered were not available I could have looked elsewhere to make up the difference in total amount of each item! Instead I had to put the project off another 4 days because I had to find remaining items to complete my order! Product quality is excellent!
