I've only used Crystal Findings Inc once but might be using them again in the future because they had the ruby-colored Swarovski crystal that I've been looking everywhere for. I have a small Rosary business that makes and sells Rosaries on-line. The ruby color was elusive. I looked all over and finally found that color at Crystal Findings Inc. It was a bit more expensive than some of the other vendors that I normally use but they had the product I wanted. The staff at Crystal Findings was attentive and responsive. They called me to check on my order and I found their customer service quite good. I give them five stars and would recommend them.
