I've been a customer of Crystal Findings Inc since 2011. As far as their service goes, when it comes to getting the orders in on time and when I need them, that's a five. I have had two episodes where I've lost clients because of beads that faded. They were gold beads, but they faded. I contacted Crystal Findings Inc through email and they were very apologetic. They are willing to help you. The customer service is great. They check with you to make sure you get the order. I will continue to use them.
