Overall, everything was okay
I needed some heating and air work done, so I called InMotion Mechanical, Inc. The scheduler was excellent. He was prompt, and he followed up well. The service tech did his work while we were not there. He indicated that we needed a new heater, and that our current heater was at the end of its life. But this information was on the invoice they sent us. Nobody followed up with us. So, we had to call back and get the information. We will be getting a new heater installed in the spring.
