This was the second time I used InMotion Heating & Plumbing. They were recommended to me because we were having a problem with the Nest thermostat cycling off every fifteen minutes. InMotion sent a technician who diagnosed the issue, and got it working like a charm. I was there and understood what it was he did. He explained everything to me at the time. Then I scheduled the annual service in conjunction with another service call for the same problem. I kept getting error messages on my Nest thermostat, and it was again cycling off every fifteen minutes. I appreciate that InMotion moved up the maintenance visit to accommodate me. This time, I wasn't there when the technician showed up. He fixed the thermostat problem and I haven't had a recurrence of the issue. But I had to call InMotion to find out the results of the service call. I would have appreciated it if the technician had followed up with a phone call after he was done the job. Otherwise, the service from InMotion Heating & Plumbing has been excellent.
