Called for an emergency water heater issue. Tyler was able to come the same day and make the repairs. Then we decided the boiler should be checked out sometime before winter. Tyler came in when we were not able to be there. He installed 3 new t-stats and did a thorough inspection of the boiler. He communicated very well. The detailed report from InMotion was the best report I have ever seen. It included pictures of the old boiler, recommendations, and what they did to it. I don't think I have ever seen such a nice report and followup on a routine or otherwise repair. Given the "Tahoe time" attitude here, it was so refreshing to have such a professional and well-run company to work with. Would highly - highly recommend them.
