I had an issue with the heater not starting up. Juan came out and did a service cleaning and tried to figure out what happened. We suspect a specific part but not 100% sure so we opted to wait to see if it will happen again. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do and how the heater parts worked. My hint is to take a video of the blinking service light- I got the right number of blinks but not the sequence!
