While turning my water line to open, I felt something was wrong n closed the valve back the 1/4 turn.. the valve handle had become disconnected from water valve. FeRing a broken valve I called iInMotion around 3pm on Thursday and they had a tech out by 6pm.
The tech had to work under the house and fig about 3” down to reach the valve, he replace the saddle and broken carter pin which solved the problem.
Yes, the work was done on overtime, though we were glad that it was done on the same day we called and we have running water.
Outr Tech., Tyler was professional and we would use In Motion again.
