Called when I got home from work that my thermostat wasn’t powering in and my home was below 50 degrees. On the eve of a major 8’ snow event they had their tech Juan at my home by 6pm. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had parts on hand in his service truck to repair the problem. It was an after hours service call so it wasn’t a cheap visit but to be able to get it addressed, fixed and done in such a short time was amazing. 2 other companies wanted me to schedule out 4-5 days which would have left us with no heat for days in the middle of a mid January true tahoe Blizzard.
