Sometimes the turnaround time can be a little iffy
I think the calling people back aspect of POCO Solar Energy Inc could be better. The first person in the line of defense when calling can have a bit of an attitude. Jonathan is much more professional. Most times when people are calling, they have leaks and water spouting and the company can't get back to them for another month. They have panels on people's roofs that are going to burst or leak or something.
