I first used POCO two years ago for solar heating for water in a pool. About six to eight months ago, I used them for solar electricity. I chose them because I have a clay tile roof and most of the larger companies would not install on that roof without me spending a lot of money on removing tiles, etc. POCO was willing to do it without removing the tiles. The first guy that came out to talk to me was very good. He was straightforward, honest, knowledgeable, and professional.
The installation took twice as long as originally planned which wasn't a big deal. They originally anticipated seven to eight days, but it ended up taking three weeks. However, they were open about it once they got going. I was very happy with the installation. I guess the only thing that bothered me was that the installers came in around 8 AM and left at 3:30 PM everyday, but it did start getting very hot at that time so I don't know if it was because the heat. Getting it done a few days earlier would not have made a difference to me, so that's fine.
Then they came and hooked me up so I could monitor how much energy the system was generating and connected my wi-fi, etc. I was pretty happy. The one disadvantage they have over big companies is that they are expensive because I had to buy the system with POCO, but like I said, none of the big companies were willing to do the work due to the tiles. I would recommend POCO, at least get a quote from them.
