The most obvious thing I was impressed with about POCO Solar Energy is that their sales presentation was very thorough and not high pressure. They offered a very thorough analysis and included all the contingencies I could think about. There was no hidden stuff. The big part that breaks soonest on solar is the inverter and, when people talk about how reliable it is, they don't bring that up.

In their salesperson's long-term projection of savings, he included that over 10 years the inverter would need to be replaced. It was easy to see and the analysis has proven true. The price was good for service part of consideration there and the options and ranges of choices was good. They offer the highest quality panel on the market and responded with another choice which I was going to get and the options available to me were good.

The installation was good and the supply came late because of a minor glitch, but they explained it well. During the installation there was one little thing I asked them to do, which was spray painting the exposed aluminum mounting frame to make it disappear--and they happily obliged. They were very accommodating.
