I purchased a pool solar heating system from Poco a few years ago. The installation was fine and the system was working as designed until end of last summer looked like I had developed a small leak but was not sure as just a little water would drip from roof. However, last week, it became quite clear there is a leak as water drip was very noticeable and chlorine stains on downspout. I called Poco for service and they schedule me out 4 weeks before anyone could come look at it. I called them back to get a sooner date as the system as not useable and they never called me back. I just reached them now and nothing they can do to look at sooner. Bottom line, after sales support and service is terrible - not to mention the service rep on the phone (Lavelle) was clearly not sympathetic to my needs. I am in the market for solar electric and was considering Poco but after this experience, forget it.

Anyone out there considering a purchase from these guys should consider what happens well after the fact when they have your money and need warranty work done, they clearly are not your priority. If I called for a sales rep, they would quite likely show up before I got home from work the same day!
