Called to see if we could get a second opinion on our air conditioning unit. It was very short notice!! The Cust. Srv. Rep Jennifer was very considerate and said she would do what she could. She thought might have a technician who could help. She called back within a couple of hours. He came, diagnosed and saved us over $4,000.00. He was quick , knowledgeable and very friendly.
