My technician, Jerry Phillips, was great! He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain things; why he was doing certain things and how it all worked together. He was also very helpful in making suggestions to make our home more energy efficient. He was very courteous also. Response time was excellent for an "emergency" job!
