First I would like to thank Ben LaVergne for such a thorough session. The whole experience totally exceeded my expectations. Ben was running a little behind schedule and he called me to explain his situation which was the same issue I had on my trip to the store(TRAFFIC). Once we reached the store we sat and he went over my expectations and any other concerns or questions I had. We proceeded to the hitting bay and it was “ON” after that. Great description of what was being tracked and why. He did not make me feel is if I had to have this perfect swing so I felt comfortable while making my swings. Every adjustment he suggested seemed to get me closer to my optimized outputs for my swing. I feel like I’m getting the correct set up for my swing.
