I scheduled a 3 1/2 hour full bag custom fitting. T.J. was very knowledgeable and helpful taking time throughout to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable trying all the different shafts and heads. My only suggestion would be for this location to get more help upfront so the professional fitting a client would not have to do double duty. T.J. was pulled away from me 3 times for walkins Dave should have taken turns with him. Plus, with all the club heads and shafts located right behind my stall, it was very distracting as items were swapped out and conversations ongoing. By the time I got to demo the woods we were almost 3 hours into it with all the delays. I was drained and couldn't get back into a rhythm. My total fitting time was about 4 1/2 hours. I primarily, came in to see how technology had improved in the last 5 years on the woods. Perhaps I should have stressed this more earlier. I really wanted to try the Ping heads which they did not have.

I ended up purchasing irons only as I felt I really didn't get a true fitting for the woods. My drive time from home was 2 hrs one way which could have added to my tiredness at the 3 hr mark. However, after swinging clubs 250+ times, I really think breaking up the full bag fitting into 2 sessions would be more advantageous to the customer. As I stated in the beginning, T.J. was great and I highly recommend him!
