Worked w/Eric and had a great time doing a full bag fitting. At 59 and entering retirement golden years of golf, was looking to make sure I'm in the best set up for me today vs. what i used to hit and way i used to swing forty years ago :o) He was extremely knowledgeable about his process, technology and products, really using the data to drive what combinations were best for me. He also listened to take into account my concerns (some back issues now and then) and preferences for feel, forgiveness, shot shaping, etc. His feedback was also invaluable and encouraging with each swing - reinforcing good ones and even a couple tips as i struggled with driver pulls. Made for a lot of fun! I'll sleep well tonight as I got my money's worth of swings as we evaluated and narrowed into optimal shaft and head combinations for my irons, driver, 3 wood and hybrid. (I'd recommend splitting your full bag fitting into 2 sessions; i did and am still beat :o) The fitting was incredibly more valuable than a big box store or demo day where you maybe get to swing stiff vs. regular within a brand and get very limited feedback from the "fitter." Eric's also evaluating club weight, setup, etc., based on data he's seeing and where club is striking ball & ground. We also looked at putting and luckily i got the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" recommendation. We did make a slight loft adjustment and have data if/when i want to make a change sometime down the road. Bottom line - as you might expect - the final price for clubs is not for the feint of heart, but Eric will also work with you to find comparable vendor shaft options at lower costs. I ended up going with custom clubs as I believe you do get what you pay for and I just loved the feel of these clubs. I'm super excited to see how this all translates to the course this spring! (And if a few tweaks are needed, I know I'll be well taken care of by Eric!)
