The first time I used them the technician went out his way to see if my furnace was still under warranty. He was able to get my unit fixed and it was all covered under warranty.
The technican Nate the recommended to purchase a yearly maintenance agreement. This was a no brainer, since they will service your unit twice in a year.
When calling for service the receptionist is very friendly with a happy greeting.
