I've had lots of other companies take care of our furnace and ac over the past. None have been as good as my first experience with Diamond. They were professional, experienced, knowledgable, honest and fair.

I got the silver package which was 143.00 and includes a tune for summer ac and winter heating. If I recall correctly I used to pay over 2x this with other more well known firms, that coincidentally would never show up or call to do the next prepaid part of my service.

As part of this program you get 20% off parts which is nice. During our tune we determined that my condensing fan motor was about to go. I told them to go ahead and replace it figuring about $450 or so. Motors aren't cheap... it was half that at $230.

Yep, I was surprised to find a company this good. I only hope they can keep it up with all the growth they are going to experience!
