Basement had flooded do to a faulty automated valve that no one had in stock. I had explained how I just needed the part and would install myself and they would not even entertain the idea. Sorry I dont want to pay $300 for someone to unscrew 4 screws and replace a simple part!!!!!! I am a construction inspector and and came from the field after 21 yesrs, so your story of how complicated it could be doesn't fly. I deal with valves on a daily basis!!!!! Anyway, thanks a lot, not much business ethics when you can't even help a guy and his family when it is most needed...Buying a new system in a month or two and it definitely will not be through you!!!!
