Derek came out on a Sunday (on call) and was here 1 hour from my initial call. Within 15 minutes he had isolated the problem to the control board through a number of bypass test. I was very happy with his knowledge and him not minding me looking over his shoulder the entire time.
The new board was installed on Monday by Eric and my wife said he was quick with the replacement and truly a real gentlemen.
