They tried to charge me a 1500% markup on the part I needed
On top of the 80.00 service fee for a 15 minute appointment, which I was more than willing to pay. They tried to sell me a 15.00 part for 225.00. I got the exact same part from the same manufacturer myself and fixed it in 10 minutes. They said it's how they pay for their service. So why a service charge then? They are trying to take advantage of people in bad situations and yet have the audacity to claim honesty in their mission statement! Ridiculous!
